## What are Yield-Keys?

Yield-Key is a Non Fungible Token (NFT) that activates YieldBoxes in your wallet.

Yield-Keys are used as a way to control growth of the ecosystem to ensure sustainability.

This is a way to jumpstart the ecosystem and at the same time benefit early investors. Sustainability lies at the core of ValiFi. In order to mitigate the risk of "node-inflation" and ever-expanding rewards as more YieldBoxes are created over time, the team came up with the idea of Yield-Keys. With this system, Yield-Keys will be carefully rolled out as ValiFi grows sustainably.

## The Legendary Yield-Key

In order to protect those who purchased the presale NFT, the team decided to make the initial Presale NFT collection a unique, high-capacity YieldKey with additional benefits known as the Legendary YieldKey. Only 5000, limited-edition Legendary YieldKeys will ever exist. These have already been minted and will allow access to the VALI token at presale price.
